A Dream about Politics, Democracy.

Many read,Many said ‘well written’, some offline, some here online. Thanks everyone.
And most importantly, very thoughtful readers have asked for the “solutions” for the same.
I ‘m putting down my solutions.Hope u think over it and add/modify, comment/criticize the ideas.
REMEMBER: “A ROLLING DOWN SNOW FROM HILL TOP CAN GATHER HUGE MASS AS IT DESCENDS” and hence force and energy along with it. (I mean An Idea can really bring positive changes if the matter is dealt seriously)
Coming to crux of the matter…
Unless there is a strong, motivated, revolutionary Ideas which can bring a revolutionary storm across the country.. Spear-headed by top,capable personalities and guarded by supreme majesty “The Indian Law” the following ideas cannot be implemented as a solution.So initial steps are at the “top” levels.
1.A politician must be an educated fellow.
2. Politicians failing to execute their ‘promises’ should not be given a chance to participate STRICTLY.So in five yrs of span.. within initial 2-3 yrs all the “promises” should have laid their foundation plans and execution plans and submit the same to authority failing which they might consider the party members to face legal complications and sack them from the party (What is the use of having “talkative” politics?? unless the work is done.. he is equivalent to the radio in my grandpa’s house!)
3.SCREENING the candidates by a committee (non political) at the taluk level would help a lot in filtering the dummies. Screening on the basis of merits of social work, criminal record cleanliness.
4. Creating opportunities for the able ones:
High profile Engineers, Lawyers, judges, CEOs, NGO personnels,IAS/IPS/civil servants, Social reformers,media personnels should be offered a chance by govt. to participate and should be given a priority over the rest.
IRONY!!
Top officials for IAS, IPS, IRS etc. are screened. They undergo very good training, they work hard to get there and they know every corner of the country.. the IRONY is..top of these top ones are politicians who come to power just because they are good players in creating vote banks. Is it really fair???
