My Country men, Indians, lend me your ears!!

Finding answers for :Decreasing tendency of joining Politics in youth.

‘Why able, qualified, motivated, revolutionary students are not jumping into Politics?’

Me and my fine, concerned buddies have had lot of discussions and debate in past on this topic.
Let me try to answer this.
1.No Parent will ever say. “Magne(Beta or son), Join Politics.. there is a bright future”, because they want to see him in ’suits’ not in ‘kurta’. (Parents from political background do insist on joining politics for ‘reasons’.)

2.Current Scams, Arrests, disrespect shown to politicians by society is a major issue.

3.Coming to current scenario… rowdis, narrow-communal attitude youth (they are generated, created by politicians to save their ‘power’ by physical power if needed) dominate that area.Where a guy like me and you are having ‘unfit’ qualification in that regard.

4.Leaders calling qualified youth to join the parties do not assure them a post.(they have 1 : 50 :: post : activists already!! you and me ll be in the last)

5.INBORN leaders mostly are from middle class and below middle class families, at their peak time (20-35 age) its not logical/feasible/acceptable/possible to make public speeches tearing their throats or to sit-down for a protest in middle of the public road saying “WE WANT JUSTICE” when his/her family needs his support.

6.Last one is simple…INSECURITY DUDE INSECURITY!

In spite of all hurdles faced, somebody who really wants to ‘revolutionize’ things , somebody who wants to transform society into Rama-Rajya (an ideal state/country) and become real heroes of the great nation… I say.. NATION IS CALLING YOU!

Views, Critics are most welcome. Please put your thoughts responsible thoughts.

‘Why able, qualified, motivated, revolutionary students are not jumping into Politics?’ I don’t know.

But if someone asked me why don’t I jump into politics, my answer would be, “It sucks!” Or maybe, I’m just putting your six points into those two words here. 🙂

Digu…….. u have done a great job by trying to list out the problems faces by youth in joining politics……but wats the solution?…….Our country requires great leaders……..What is our role?……Is there anything a common man like U and me can do without joining politics?

Occasionally we do see few young educated pple standing for elections and showing interest in politics and leading our country………but do we vote such a person to power?…….we dont………we like to vote people on the basis of religion, caste, money and power…….it is we who r responsible for the pathetic situation of our country……..until we correct ourselves we cannot expect anything to happen.

I would like all the readers of this blog to read a speech from Abdul Kalaam (Our former President) at .http://www.icbs.com/IIT/abdul-kalam-speech.htm

Aptly points out the reasons… Keep writing, Bravo!!!
One of the reasons youth doesn’t want to join politics is that the present youth is more concerned about their private life than leading a public life. This would cover insecurity, fear, supporting family and other points. Politics means manipulating things (for the better good in some cases) and so there is no private life for a politician (good ones or the present ones!!)

hey nice one man…. You have pointed out the reasons.. but thats not enough.. We need solutions.. This is a really serious problem.. I really urge the readers to come up with (practical)solutions.. I would love to hear what you think.. To be frank I cant think of anything right now.. I seriously don’t know how a common man can enter politics.. Its almost a dynasty rule.. when a politician retires its almost certain that his son/daughter/wife takes his position..
